Mrs. Spinka
My name is Kelly Spinka. I have been teaching for over 20 years. I recieved my B.F.A from Millikin University in 1984, Art Education from SIUE in 1989, and Masters of Education Administration from Mckendree in 2012. I am married with 2 boys and a crazy cat. My passion is teaching art and creating art at home. P.S. I love all things haunted.
